Check if you are on the voters list
Being on the voters list saves you time when you vote.
Enter your information below to see if you are on the voters list for Burlington’s 2023 Municipal By-Election. The municipal voters list is separate from the lists used for the provincial and federal elections.
How do I add, remove, or change my voter information?
Eligible electors can visit City Hall to:
- Change or update elector information
- Add an elector to the voters list
- Remove an elector from the voters list
To apply for a revision to the voters list, residents can visit City Hall during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to fill out an Application to Amend the Voters List form (EL15). Please bring an original piece of identification containing the elector’s name and address. Identification must be included on Ontario’s acceptable documents for voter identification list.
Voters will not be able to update their school support for the by-election. If you voted for any other school board trustee in the 2022 Burlington Municipal Election in October 2022, you are not eligible to vote in this May 29, 2023 by-election.
If you wish to change your school board support for assessment purposes, please contact your local schoolboard directly or visit MPAC for more information.
Revisions to the voters list can also be made on Election Day, May 29, 2023, at your any polling location. Find the voting location near you.
